1. Service Description
This subscription provides access Service of RA services as the the subscription plan, which are research-based investment ideas provided by a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (Registration No: INH000025984). These are educational recommendations and not guaranteed returns.
2. Risk Disclosure
- Investments in securities market are subject to market risks.
- Past performance (actual or backtested) is not indicative of future results.
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.
- The research analyst does not guarantee any returns.
- The portfolio value can go down as well as up.
3. Subscription Terms
- Subscription is non-refundable once activated.
- Access is provided for the chosen duration (quarterly/half-yearly/yearly).
- Automatic renewal is not enabled; you must manually renew.
- Portfolio recommendations and rebalance alerts are sent via email.
- Rebalancing is done monthly on the 1st trading day of each month.
4. Client Obligations
- Provide accurate information (Name, PAN, Email, Mobile).
- Not share or redistribute research content to third parties.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct your own due diligence before making investment decisions.
5. Research Analyst Disclosure
- SEBI Registration: INH000025984
- Validity: 10-Apr-2026 to 09-Apr-2031
- Research Analyst may hold positions in recommended securities.
- No conflict of interest with recommended securities.
6. Performance Disclaimer
The backtested results shown on the website are derived from historical market data and specific model assumptions. Actual returns may differ due to market liquidity, slippage, transaction costs, or changing market conditions. Performance data is not verified by SEBI-recognized agencies and should not be considered as investment claims.
7. Data Privacy
Your personal information (Name, PAN, Email, Mobile) will be used solely for providing research services and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law or SEBI regulations.
8. Termination
The research analyst reserves the right to terminate services if terms are violated, including unauthorized sharing of research content or providing false information.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by Indian laws and subject to jurisdiction of courts in Bangalore, India. Any disputes will be resolved as per SEBI's Investor Grievance Redressal mechanism.
